There is no Dietitian-run program like this out there; we are combining shockwaves of knowledge and practical suggestions with real-time support and continuous accountability. You’re in for a treat! The fact remains, I have helped hundreds of people lose weight and eat healthier who have either tried programs that have failed them, or tried to do things on their own and not been able to sustain results for very long. 2. What kind of support and meal plans do you offer? I think I need some clear direction.

3. Do you only teach people to be vegan? I don’t think that’s for me.
100%, a resounding no! While I do coach a lot of plant-based or aspiring plant-based clients, and do know a lot about optimizing a diet based on plant foods, in no way do I enforce a fully vegan diet on anyone. Your health behaviours are your choice, and your choice alone. It’s my job to provide you with all the best evidence I have on hand. From there, it is up to you to apply the changes that best suit your beliefs and preferences. I’m game for whatever you decide you want to do with your diet and health!
4. Is the meal plan pretty flexible? I’d like to keep my treats, thank you.
Absolutely, 100% yes! While I’d love to magic up whole food versions of your favourite treats, I know it doesn’t always cut the cravings. So while we are helping your body start to crave a healthier diet overall, you won’t have to worry about challenges and cravings along the way because I definitely leave room for those when planning out your meals in NourishMNT™ .
5. Do you include workout suggestions? I am looking to work on my fitness as well.
The NourishMNT™ programs are uniquely built to maximize your fitness primarily through proper recovery and timing with good nutrition. Having a been a personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people reach their optimal level of fitness in a safe and sustainable way. There are plenty of suggestions for specific resistance training exercises and cardiovascular training - complete with the accountability to complete such training - that can take your results sky-high to the next level!
6. What if I can't afford it? I don't have enough health coverage to avoid spending out of pocket.
I get it! I've been there, having to decide whether to pay for a healthcare service or to suffer the consequences of not taking care of my health now. Looking back, I wish I committed far earlier than I did; I suffered for it, as did my closest relationships, because I wasn't my best version of myself! 7. Things are pretty chaotic in my life right now. Should I wait until I have the time?
