Black Currant Granola Bites
INGREDIENTS
2 cups whole rolled oats
1/2 cup chunky natural peanut butter
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup black and white chia seeds
1/4 cup honey, melted
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/3 cup dried black currants
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Run your hands under warm water and mix with your hands to allow the chia seeds to gel a bit, then form small balls one-inch in diameter. Enjoy immediately or freeze in plastic bags for an excellent substitute for oatmeal if you're running late, or a quick and satisfying sweet snack!
