My name is Brianna, and my vision is to spend my life enlightening men and women of the creative and intuitive ways they can improve their health and wellbeing. I provide expert instruction, compassionate coaching, and offer the tools you need to feel more alive and healthy.

My expertise is in teaching nutrition in such a way that lifts plant-based foods to the spotlight for short-term tangible benefits and long-term chronic disease management. I have 5 years clinical experience and 6 years of private practice experience and have helped hundreds of people individually reach their nutrition goals. I aim to help exponentially more, and I hope you are one of them!

I worked toward my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Food Science with a minor in Physical Activity. I have been a personal trainer and Dietitian at elite gyms and worked in hospitals and private practice clinics. I founded this private practice business in 2014 and have been fine-tuning programs and resources to fit my clients' needs according to the latest research in food science.

While not all my clients are seeking strict plant-based coaching, my personal and professional research has led me to derive the opinion that reducing our consumption of certain animal-derived foods is one of the easiest ways we can protect our Earth and our bodies. I'm happy to report that many of my clients have improved their health and well-being on their own terms through gentle guidance toward a diet that includes more plant-based foods!

Brianna is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist, which means she has completed a 4-year Bachelor of Science Degree with a Physical Activity Specialization and a supervised, hands-on internship. She has experience working in hospitals combatting a variety of nutrition-related illnesses, and also has a fitness background working as a Personal Trainer for 4 years.


Dietitians are qualified health professionals regulated by a professional body just as Pharmacists or Doctors are. They can work with various medical conditions and provide much more than just a generic meal plan. Dietitians are accountable to provide up-to-date, science-based, client-specific advice that is uninhibited by personal financial interest.
