Raw Food Ginger Peach Cobbler Smoothie Bowl

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/2 frozen banana

1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp sprouted grain granola (see below)

1 fresh peach for topping

For the granola (need 6 hours to dehydrate!):

4 Tbsp. honey

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp salt

3 cups sprouted buckwheat (learn how to sprout here)

½ cup sprouted sunflower seeds

½ cup sprouted flax seeds

½ cup chopped dried fruit (dates or black currants are my preferred fruit!)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the granola by whisking together the honey, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt, then tossing in the remaining granola ingredients.

Blend the smoothie ingredients together in a high-powered blender. Enjoy as a cold smoothie, or blend with a little less liquid for the smoothie bowl version.
