No-Sugar-Added Mango Mint Lassi


1/3 cucumber

1/4 bunch mint leaves (or to taste)

1 large ripe mango, pitted or 3/4 cup frozen mango cubes

1/2 banana

1/4 cup papaya

3 to 4 drops stevia extract

1/2 cup plain unsweetened kefir

1 cup unsweetened almond milk



Blend altogether in a high-powered blender or food processor. Enjoy with a garnish of mint. Add a few leaves of basil or a sliver of lime to garnish for a fresh twist on this beautiful ethnic drink!
