Overnight Cinnamon-Date Oats


2/3 cup whole rolled oats, amaranth flakes or quinoa flakes

2 dates, chopped

1 cup coconut-almond beverage, soy milk or alternative

½ cup milk or alternative

¼ tsp cinnamon

¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice

1 tbsp hemp seeds

2 tbsp toasted pecans

1/3 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)


Soak all ingredients except the toasted pecans together overnight or for 10 minutes. Top with blueberries, thinly sliced banana, extra coconut beverage, soy beverage or alternative milk if desired.
