Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree, or soft cooked sweet potato or yams
1 cup unsweetened soy beverage
2 dates
1 tsp Truvia sweetener or 3-4 drops stevia drops (to taste)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 nutmeg
1 tablespoon almond butter (optional)
Ice

INSTRUCTIONS
Blend all ingredients together. Easy as pie! (Which, by the way, is far more difficult than this smoothie!)
