This 45-minute Zoom session is designed to provide total clarity for high-capacity individuals looking to reclaim their biological edge. During our session, we will: *Audit your current health trajectory and identify your primary 'speed bumps' (energy slumps, inflammatory stalls, or systemic fatigue). *Determine if the Self-Guided Blueprint or the Expert-Led Partnership aligns best with your current bandwidth and clinical needs. *Confirm your eligibility for the Lifetime of NourishMNT™ intake process. Note: To respect professional standards, this call is a strategic discovery session to determine program fit. Clinical assessments and personalized nutritional architecture begin once you enter the Portal.
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that I have a strict cancellation policy that helps me to serve my clients in the best possible manner. As your wellness mentor, I am committed to your success, and part of my commitment is to be a source of accountability for you. Therefore, a minimum of 24 hours prior to your appointment time is required for cancelled or rescheduled visits. Cancellations within a program that are made without sufficient notice will be charged as if you had a regular appointment. No-show Q&A appointments will not be allowed to rebook but instead be directed to book a paid consultation or program, out of respect for other paying clients seeking to book appointment times. All fees for extended nutrition programs are due at the beginning of your initial visit unless otherwise arranged by contract, and are non-refundable after the initial session is complete. Please also note that as a professional working mom, I value your timeliness as much as I anticipate you would value mine. I will do my best to accommodate any scheduling changes, but please know I arrange childcare ahead of time for the specific time slot you have booked. Thank you in advance for your punctuality!
