ABC Juice - Apples, Beets, and Carrots

Simple as A, B, C! This juice is a fun one to get started on the habit of juicing with. You can add some fresh ginger to spice things up.

INGREDIENTS

1 romaine heart

1 whole cucumber

1 red apple

2 inches squared of beet or 1 small, peeled

2 medium carrots

INSTRUCTIONS

Set up your high-powered juicer. Select organic fruits and veggies. Wash and prepare for juicing (see Juicing 101). Juice away! Serve immediately.
