Apple Cider Antioxidant Juice

Benefit from the powerful spices and antioxidants in this juice blend! Made to taste like apple cider, this juice does well with a dash of cinnamon and other spices on top.

INGREDIENTS

3 gala apples

1 lemon, not the rind

4 stalks of celery of 1/2 celery heart

1 romaine lettuce heart

1 inch fresh ginger, peeled

To sprinkle or shake in afterwards:

1/4 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp cinnamon

Pinch nutmeg

Pinch cayenne

Optional:

1/2 tsp maple or date syrup

1 tsp apple cider vinegar or 2 tbsp plain or ginger kombucha

INSTRUCTIONS

Set up your high-powered juicer. Select organic fruits and veggies. Wash and prepare for juicing (see Juicing 101). Juice away! Serve immediately.
