BP Hibiscus Juice

Hibiscus tea is more effective at reducing high blood pressure than many pharmaceutical pills! WOW! And with none of the accompanying side effects.

Drink at least 2 cups of brewed hibiscus tea daily. It's a bit sour, so I've jazzed it up with this fruit-based juice recipe.

INGREDIENTS
INSTRUCTIONS

2 cups organic brewed and cooled hibiscus tea

2 cups pitted tart or dark cherries

2 romaine hearts

1/2 lemon or lime plus rind

1 gala apple

1/4 beet, skin removed

Set up your high-powered juicer. Select organic fruits and veggies. Wash and prepare for juicing (see Juicing 101). Juice away! Serve immediately.
