California Date Shake
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp raw cashews, soaked 30 minutes to 2 hours
5 dates, soaked
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup soy milk
1/2 banana
Pinch sea salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
Soak the cashews for longer if you want a smoother texture. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender. Sprinkle extra cinnamon on top!
