Watermelon Mojito Juice

Retreat to the tropics with this tasty fruit-based juice! Use the slow setting on your juicer for melons and other soft watery fruits, and try the option of juicing your watermelon pulp twice to get all the goodness out.

INGREDIENTS

1/4 large watermelon, peeled and chopped

1 gala apple

1/2 cup spinach

1 romaine heart

1 cucumber

Handful of mint leaves to juice

Sprig of mint to garnish

Optional:

Stir in 1/2 cup tropical flavoured or plain/lemon kombucha

INSTRUCTIONS

Set up your high-powered juicer. Select organic fruits and veggies. Wash and prepare for juicing (see Juicing 101). Juice away! Serve immediately.
