Mental Health Day on CTV Morning Live

What an exhilarating day! After a very slow and steady, wintery commute to the CTV building in Edmonton, I had a full four minutes with Jordan Hertner from CTV Morning Live to discuss the meaning of nutrition to mental health!

Food choices are SO important to brain health, as is brain health important in affecting food choices! Watch this short segment on how you can positively impact your mental health with food!

If you are suffering mentally from illness like an eating disorder, depression, or poor mental health in a way that food can help, reach out for help! The longer you sit with poor habits or disordered thoughts, the longer it takes to recover!

Love, Bri
